The Marketing campaign for the singer Mohamed Ramadan’s concert. It was one of the most exciting marketing campaigns in my career with Primavera Marketing Agency. One of the most enjoyable moments in which I worked on a project. due to the nature of work that changes every hour and continuous thinking outside the box. The support of plans in a rapid operating room with extraordinary efforts in addition to For the first time. I am facing the attack of brands. but in other words, the attack on the marketing campaign. it had an echo in the spread of this concert throughout Egypt and the Arab world. But despite our management of the campaign in a more than professional way. so, the first and last decision of the officials, in the end, was to cancel the concert inside the city of Alexandria, but today I will show what is behind the scenes due to my management of Mohamed Ramadan marketing campaign and the first responsible for implementing the strategy used for this concert.

The successful career of Egyptian singer Mohamed Ramadan has recently seen him expand his horizons with a concert in the city of Alexandria. To ensure maximum reach, we devised an online marketing campaign and billboards in town.

The online marketing campaign started several weeks prior to the concert launch. It was heavily pushed across social media platforms. like Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram. Promotions also included banners on popular Arabic websites as well as on streets in Alexandria. The billboard advertising mainly revolved around ads showcasing the upcoming concert location and date.

Publish online creative Ads on Social Media Platforms:

We have worked on all social media platforms to increase the awareness of the concert. as well as marketing to the singer with a number of an innovative and exciting advertising campaign. including the launch date of the concert and places to book tickets for the concert. in addition to developing the keywords of the buyer persona to ensure accurate information to sponsor ads.

Create Media production for videos and Reels: 

By shooting and producing videos for the singer to market the concert. Mohamed Ramadan appeared in videos telling people that he was in Alexandria to hold his concert among his fans. from there he showed details, dates, and ticket prices. The great awareness of these videos was the largest share on the Tik Tok platform. as it spread very quickly. we use short stories with Reels in promoting on Instagram. The video numbers didn’t get big engagement on Facebook. but it was the largest percentage of interaction with the concert poster and ticket booking through this wonderful platform, which most Egyptians, in general, are on.

Create Email Marketing for Sponsors: 

We needed to develop sponsorship contracts with companies. So that, they would join us as sponsors of the concert. we developed a strategy for email marketing for the largest companies in Egypt, such as Vodafone, Etisalat, Pepsi, Red Bull, and many others. Sending cold e-mail messages. not just text However, it contains interactive pages made up of HTML and CSS. We display all the details, in addition to the sponsorship prices.

Specifically, two weeks before the start of the party. we were surprised by a campaign to boycott the party from Alexandria fans. under the name (# Alexandria_ doesn’t_welcome _you). A large number of them refused to attend the concert, especially those over the age of +30 years, which is not the target group. but this hashtag was Spread among people all over the Republic. But we continued the positive marketing of the concert. through some sponsored ads, prizes for attendance, and competitions to buy tickets with 20%off. Day after day, and specifically 10 days before the concert. Mohamed Ramadan decided to visit Alexandria. He will be among his fans to confirm that this attack is a systematic campaign.
He visited important places in Alexandria and sat with the concert organizing team to arrange some important things. but several days before the start of the concert, the officials decided to cancel it due to security conditions.
